These guidelines will help you with that. Please review them before creating publications for Generation Europe – The Academy.

  Within our network, we use many terms and concepts, not all of which are self-explanatory. That’s why we have put together a glossary. It is designed as a helpful guide containing definitions and translations of frequently used terms.

Font and Logos

• Open Sans Font (Link | Google Fonts)
  From 2026, the Generation Europe – The Academy network will use the “Open Sans” font for headings and body text. You can download it here.

• Logo Pack 2026-2028 (zip | 9.9 MB)
  One download for all your logo needs: It contains the logos of Generation Europe – The Academy, IBB, and our funding institutions.

Google Templates

When you use these templates, a new document will be created in your personal Google Drive folder. You can rename the document and then copy it, or move it to the desired Google Drive folder.

  If you want to create presentations related to Generation Europe – The Academy, feel free to use this template.
• GenE Letter Template (Link | Google Docs)
  In the upper right corner of the template, there is space for your organisation’s logo and your address.
• GenE Document Template, Portrait Format (Link | Google Docs)
  This template for shorter documents without a separate title page. It includes the Generation Europe – The Academy logo in the upper left corner and our funders’ logos in the footer. In the upper right corner, there is space for your organisation’s logo.

• GenE Document Template, Landscape Format (Link | Google Docs)
  This template includes the Generation Europe – The Academy logo in the upper left corner and the logos of our funders in the footer. In the upper right corner, there is space for your organisation’s logo.
• GenE Template for Longer Texts (Link | Google Docs)
  This is a template for longer publications and other documents with a title page including a table of contents. It also has a separate page with information about our funders, where you can also add further details about your organisation or your project within Generation Europe – The Academy.
• Method Sheet Template (Link | Google Docs)
  Feel free to use this template if you want to further develop or document non-formal education methods, for example in the context of international youth encounters or your local work.
