News from the Network
What’s Up Next?
Here is an overview of the major cross-partnership events, so that you can make a note of them in your calendars:
- 12-16 April 2025 | Network Conference for Project Managers in Cologne, Germany
- 22-27 May 2025 | Network Training 1 in Hattingen, Germany. This training will be open to motivated members of local groups (18+) and Youth Leaders, who want to develop and improve skills related to organising and running local activities.
- 14-19 July 2025 | Ambassador Conference in Hattingen, Germany
A second Network Training event is also being planned. In addition, we are working on a concept for a follow-up event to the European Youth Work Symposium, as we also want to bring young people and youth work professionals together with decision-makers in the coming year, in order to find solutions to pressing challenges in our working field. And to further raise awareness of our work, delegates from our network will take part in other key events, such as the 18th German Child and Youth Welfare Day, which will be held at the Leipzig Exhibition Centre in May.

In this paper you will find all the information about our visual identity, including detailed information about the colours and fonts we use. Please take a look at it before you start creating any products within Generation Europe – The Academy.
GenE – The Academy Font Pack (zip | 1,2 MB)
Download this zip package and install the fonts. Generation Europe – The Academy uses the font “DM Sans” as a house font and “Open Sans” for texts in Greek and Cyrillic script. “Bangers” is used for top level headings.
GenE – The Academy Logo Pack (zip | 3,7 MB)
This package contains the logo of Generation Europe – The Academy in various sizes and file formats with and without lettering.
IBB & Funders Logo Pack (zip | 2,4 MB)
The package contains the logos of IBB e.V. and the funders of Generation Europe – The Academy. Please note the information in the Style Guidelines regarding use and order.
Letter Template
In the upper right corner of the template, there is space for your organisation’s logo and the your address. Install the fonts from the Fonts Pack before using it. The template is available in the following formats:
- Microsoft Word Template (.dotx) – Use this template to create a new letter in Microsoft Word.
- OpenDocument Text Template (.ott) – Use this template to create a new letter in Libre Office, Open Office or applications based on it.
Presentation Template
In the upper right corner of the template there is space for the logo of your organisation. Install the fonts from the Fonts Pack before use. The template is available in the following formats:
- Microsoft PowerPoint Template (.potx) – Use this template to create a new presentation in Microsoft PowerPoint.
General Document Template
This template includes the logo of Generation Europe – The Academy in the upper left corner and the logos of our funders in the footer. There is space for your organisation’s logo in the top right corner. First install the fonts from the Fonts Pack. The template is available in the following formats:
- Microsoft Word Template Portrait (.dotx) – Use this template to create a new document in portrait format in Microsoft Word.
- OpenDocument Template Portrait (.ott) – Use this template to create a new document in portrait format in Libre Office, Open Office or applications based on it.
- Microsoft Word Template Landscape (.dotx) – Use this template to create a new landscape document in Microsoft Word.
- OpenDocument Template Landscape (.ott) – Use this template to create a new document in landscape format in Libre Office, Open Office or applications based on it.
Stickers for marking items (.pdf) purchased in the frame of the funding programme. (For Avery 105×74-R labels. For other formats, own print templates can be created).
