Are you ready to empower others to take action and strengthen local advocacy across Europe? This Multiplier Training brings together youth leaders and motivated young people for an intensive four-day residential programme designed to build their capacity as trainers and facilitators. Through expert input, practical exercises, and peer learning, participants will gain the tools and methodologies needed to train and inspire other young people to engage in local lobbying and grassroots advocacy within their communities.

- Participants’ Profile: 25 Young motivated people und youthleader between 18 -30.
Your deadline for submission is the 07.01.2026. Selected participants will be notified by 13 January after consult with sending organizations. Afterwards you will be asked to book your travel as soon as possible (until 22.01.2026).

Participation implies accepting the conditions, including the timeline, travel reimbursement rules, and the training methodology. Selected participants will be asked to commit to follow-up advocacy tasks and peer support.
We strongly encourage applications from young people with fewer opportunities, including those from minority or marginalized backgrounds (e.g. ethnic minorities, rural areas, disadvantaged socio-economic backgrounds, or young people with disabilities).
The selection process will aim to ensure geographical and gender balance, with fair representation across partner countries and equal opportunities for women, men, and non-binary participant.

Dortmund (IBB e.V.) in accordance with EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR): The personal data requested through this form will be processed by IBB e.V. This data will only be processed for the purposes of the service such as event planning and implementation as well as sending further information relevant to the event before and after the event. Declaration of photo and video consent: I hereby give my consent for the use and publication of images, audio and videos where I am included therein for the purposes of the IBB e.V. without time limit and free of charge. IBB e.V. may publish the images, audio and videos without any temporal, local and contentwise restriction on the internet, in printed works as well as in IBB’s own advertising flyers, in every known medium and also in future media and may combine my images in connection with other portraits, textual and other representations and information. IBB e.V. may edit images, audio recordings and videos, provided that the change respects my general personality rights. The images, audio recordings and videos will be held by IBB e.V. in accordance and compliance with the GDPR guidelines (General Data Protection Regulation). Consent to the use and publication of my images, sounds and videos includes the transmission to and use by Evangelisches Erwachsenenbildungswerk Westfalen und Lippe as roof organisation of adult education as well as the project partners and funding organisations involved in Generation Europe – The Academy. In giving this consent, I understand that I may exercise my right to withdraw the use of my image anytime for the future. That means, I am given the right to ask to cease the use of my images thereafter. I also understand that there is no obligation to agree to this voluntary photo and video consent, and that I can attend the event without it.
